This Policy applies to the Apex Global website, approved-user workspace, and support channels. It does not replace the privacy practices of third-party services that you access independently.

2. Information we process

We process only information needed to provide, secure, and support the service, including:

• account and authentication information, such as your email address and sign-in identifiers;
• profile information and other details you submit through the approved-user workspace;
• routing or account details and validation files when you choose to use profile features that request them;
• support messages, live-chat content, and related records; and
• operational and security information generated when the service is used, such as access, request, and error records.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate approved users, operate and maintain advertising-credit workflows, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, investigate security issues, and meet applicable legal or operational obligations.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use approved service providers to support hosting, authentication, data storage, communications, and approved-user operations. These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security of the service, or as part of a corporate transaction where permitted by law.

5. Retention

We retain personal information while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards when needed for security, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize information unless we need to retain it for one of those reasons.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and keep your account credentials confidential.

7. Your choices and requests

8. Browser storage

The service uses necessary browser storage to maintain authentication state and language preferences. We do not currently use advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs in the web application.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
